Last time I updated I believe I said I was going to get the le sabre. Well my mom and dad and I were on the way to get it, check in hand, and my dad and I got in a stupid fight so he turned the car around. I didn't come home for like 5 days. Then we made up and I bought a '95 dodge neon for $500. It's in the shop right now because it needs work. Obviously. It was $500. Over the weekend I watched 2 movies- just friends, and very bad things. They were both very funny. I also went to digital ops with Mike for a couple of hours on Saturday night. Then we took a stroll around Ann Arbor and watched this black guy get his groove on in an alley. It was funny. I have a headache. Alllllrighty then.

Sooo I haven't been doing too much. Working, though they don't give me enough hours. Hey, if you want a good laugh, check out this car my dad is making me buy. http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?car_id=197658086&dealer_id=191307&car_year=1993&search_type=used&make=BUICK&distance=75&model=LESA&address=48178&certified=&advanced=&max_price=2200&bkms=1141346146786&min_price=1&end_year=2007&start_year=1981&isp=y&lang=&cardist=11 I hate it. I absolutely hate it. It even has an old crappy rectangular speedometer. Ugh. But I have no choice because according to my dad's mechanic/auto dealer friend, its the only car that won't literally fall apart on the road that I can afford. I love being poor.

I started work at Dairy Queen. I like it because the people are really nice there, but you would never believe how ridiculously hard it is to make a simple sundae. You would not believe it.
Last night was so much fun. I went to Mike's house and we went out to dinner at some Italian Bistro. Later, I met one of Mike's friends Ballal. He was such a nice guy and I liked him a lot. He picked us up in his decked out hummer and we went to Stoopid's. I was so excited in the car because I was like wow I feel filthy rich riding in this with my friends and I certainly never get to do this. There used to be 2 tvs in the back with dvd players but they were stolen. I still enjoyed the seat warmer IN THE BACK SEAT! You're probably thinking I don't get out much. Hahaha. Anyway, it was pretty far away, but I guess he goes there regularly. We played cs there in the Stoopid's server with other people that were there and it was so fun because I was actually owning and it felt good. We met some cute little kids too. It was funny because they were like "HOW DID YOU GET SO GOOD?" and really, I'm not even that great, they were just bad. Hahaha. We left at about midnight and the ride home was really fun because we drove by the Ambassador Bridge and Mexican Town. The bridge was all lighted up and the city, as ghetto as it is, was quite a pretty thing to look at! I love joy riding so that was very cool. Now Mike is working and I'm sitting at my house by myself. I just got out of the shower and now my skin smells like iron because there's something wrong with our water. It pisses me off.

So I need a job. I've turned in applications at the following places in the last week:
Jet's, Dairy Queen, Ritter's, Sunsations, Brighton Beach, Global Tan, Mr. Deli, Stillwater, Independence Village, Lil' Chef, Leo's Coney Island, Red Robin, Chili's, Subway, Cajun Joe's, and more. I just can't remember right now. I got a call tonight from Dairy Queen and they want me to come in for an interview tomorrow at 5:30. I wanted a tanning salon to call (free tanning)! Or stillwater (they pay good). If I get hired at Dairy Queen and then someone else calls that I wanted to work for more, I will be so pissed.

My mom and I went out to dinner at Red Robin today. I picked up an application. I shouldn't bother. Apparently there's some unwritten rule that says no one in Brighton may hire Sarah Kurtz at their place of business under any circumstances. Ever.
I turned my application in at Global Tan. I wanted that job sooooo fucking bad. I want to start tanning again, and if I was an employee it would be free. But of course they're like hey, we just hired a few people so we probably won't call for awhile. Translation: we'll never call. Fuckers. I'm so pissed. I wanted that job more than any other.

Today I signed up for a yoga/pilates class. I have it every Monday from 6-7. Turns out everybody in the class was 30, or even 60. And theres old men too. Wasn't exactly what I was expecting, but oh well.
I also picked up Memoirs of a Geisha at the library and started reading it.
PS. My mom's car still smells brand new & I love that smell.

My mom's new car is P.I.M.P. I drove it for the first time last night and it has so many features on it that we didn't have on the old one. My mom and I couldn't figure out any of the buttons. We accidentally opened the moon roof and then couldn't shut it. The butt warmer was nice in the cold.
Last night I went to Dan Young's house for dinner because his sister was turning 18 and his mom cooked a bunch of twice baked potatoes. I LOVE potatoes so I couldn't resist the invitation.
I'm thinking about signing up for a dance class or a yoga class or something to keep me busy during the week because I get pretty bored sometimes.
I finish segment 2 tonight.
I feel like I'm forgetting something. Enjoy your weekend.

Mama Kurtz is so much better now. She went back to work today. My dad says we're probably going to get a dodge magnum. Cool.
I pretty much aced all my exams, except for chemistry. I got a C+. Eghh.
I start driver's ed segment 2 today. 7-9. I signed up by myself. Should be exciting.
I hate colds.
